In Part 1 of this video we look at exploring the pre-built worlds such as under the ocean. WWF Forests is a FREE augmented reality (AR) app that brings the experience of exploring forests into your classroom. Student's will immerse themselves in the forest and watch as animals react in their presence, the forest will come alive all around them. Learn about deforestation with interactive features that showcase the harm done. Flipgrid is a great tool for student voice and discussion. Learn how to create an book club where you can share the chapters and have pupils respond to them with video reflections. It's really easy to do and a fantastic way for pupils to listen to each others opinions and ideas, as well as make predictions. Barefoot recently collaborated with micro:bit to create the 'Barefoot meets micro:bit' resources. Here Dr Chips gives an overview of the activities.
