⭐️ Twilights (2–3 hours)
In person across the North West. Available virtually everywhere.
⭐️ Half days (AM or PM)
Nationwide and beyond.
⭐️ Full days (9.00 to 3.30)
Maximum impact for whole staff teams. Available nationwide and internationally.
⭐️ Cluster and Trust Wide Packages
Perfect for year group networks, federations, clusters and trusts looking for consistency, shared practice and high impact across multiple schools. Sessions can be delivered as central training days, repeated year group workshops or a programme tailored to your priorities.
(Your existing cluster page content can plug straight into this.)
For prices or availability, email [email protected].
If your school can’t close for an INSET, a full day can be delivered as shorter sessions. Staff can rotate in phases so everyone gets the full experience without disrupting the day.
Some of Mr P's more popular training days for schools and clusters include:
A Whole School Approach to Using Technology in School
A practical and inspiring day packed with tried and tested ideas that work from EYFS to Year 6. This session looks at how technology can genuinely enhance learning rather than add extra jobs. Staff explore simple tools to boost modelling, deepen explanations, support retrieval, increase engagement and make lessons more accessible.
Teachers leave confident and energised, with a bank of strategies they can use straight away and a shared whole-school vision for what meaningful edtech can look like.
As one school put it:
“Every school should have a day with Mr P.”
Work Smarter, Not Harder
A realistic look at how teachers can save hours every week without cutting corners. This session focuses on reducing workload, improving wellbeing and getting rid of the unnecessary tasks that creep into school life.
Teachers learn practical techniques for making feedback more efficient, using tech to streamline planning and assessment, and shifting everyday routines that waste time.
Schools who book this day often say their staff walk out lighter, more confident and with a renewed sense that teaching doesn’t have to consume every waking hour.
Using AI in the Classroom
A clear, grounded introduction to AI for teachers. This session cuts through the noise and shows how to use AI safely, ethically and effectively.
Staff explore how to teach pupils about AI in age-appropriate ways, what responsible use looks like, and why AI must amplify teacher thinking rather than replace it.
The day also demonstrates how teachers can use AI to reduce workload, plan lessons more efficiently, differentiate with ease and support curriculum design.
Includes examples from TeachMate, the UK’s leading AI platform for teachers, giving schools a realistic picture of what AI can do right now.
Raising Standards in English through Technology
A focused look at how technology can meaningfully improve reading and writing outcomes. Everything links directly to the literacy curriculum with real examples from classrooms.
Teachers explore apps and approaches that strengthen vocabulary, fluency, sentence construction, editing skills and wider independence. They see how purposeful tech use can raise attainment, support struggling writers, and create an audience and purpose for writing that pushes quality even higher.
This day always leaves staff feeling inspired, confident and eager to try new ideas.
Enhancing the Wider Curriculum through technology
A rich mix of creative, classroom-ready ideas designed to lift teaching across all foundation subjects.
Teachers explore practical ways to use technology to deepen understanding in subjects like history, geography, art, science and PSHE. They see how the right tools can bring abstract concepts to life, support retrieval, make assessment easier and give pupils opportunities to produce high-quality outcomes.
Staff leave with a variety of engaging approaches they can plug into their planning immediately.
Making the most of the internet
A practical session on using the internet to make learning purposeful, exciting and genuinely transformative.
Teachers explore how to use blogging platforms to raise writing standards, how to publish pupils’ work for real audiences and how to use online tools to showcase learning in ways that motivate even reluctant writers.
The day includes examples of how schools have improved outcomes by giving children a global audience, along with practical guidance on digital safety, moderation and classroom routines.
