D.A.R.E.S: Dare to innovate - A new project based scheme of work for computing

To support the progression of skills document, we have launched a new innovative approach to teaching computing - D.A.R.E.S. It is a project based approach to deepen children's knowledge of computing to help them apply these skills to creatively demonstrate their knowledge and understanding across the curriculum. WHOLE SCHOOL Knowledge PROGRESSION FOR COMPUTING

HERE IT IS! It has taken a long time to get this together but I feel it is worth the wait. We feel this is the most comprehensive progression document for computing and should help you and your school demonstrate clear progression from EYFS-Year 6 with Computing.

Please read page that explains how to best implement the document as this explains the best way to embed all the ideas through the supporters page.

YEAR GROUP OVERVIEWS FOR COMPUTING

Building on from the previous video, we have take all the statements from the whole school progression documents and sorted them into Year Group Overviews. This gives every teacher a clear outline of what needs to be covered over the year.
